Our business operates on an appointment basis. When you book an appointment, it indicates that we have set aside dedicated time for you. A $250 deposit is required for any service. Late arrivals and cancellations are subject to fee. Please note that a free consultation cannot be provided if the client is more than 15 minutes late.

Hair Extensions Service Appointments Policies:

 

1. Appointment Booking:

   - All hair extension services require advance booking through our online platform, over the phone, email or in-person at the salon.

 

2. Consultation Requirement:

   - A consultation session is recommended before scheduling the hair extension service to assess client needs.

 

3. Appointment Duration:

   - The duration of the hair extension service appointment will be based on the needed amount of strands and individual requirements, with a buffer for consultation, preparation and styling.

 

4. Cancellations and late arrivals:

   - Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If an appointment is missed without a minimum of 48 hours' cancellation notice or is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment, the $250 deposit not to be refunded.

   - Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will incur a $100 fee. 

 

5. No-Show Policy:

   - Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior 48 hour notice will result in a $250 no-show fee.

 

6. Service Deposit:

   - A deposit is required to secure the hair extension service appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total service cost.

 

7. Arrival Time:

   - Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid disruptions for subsequent clients.

 

8. Preparation Instructions:

   - Clients are advised to arrive with clean, air dried hair.

 

9.  Additional Services:

   - Any additional services requested during the appointment are incur extra charges.

 

10. Removal of Extensions Fee:

    - The removal of hair extensions is a separate service and will be charged accordingly. Clients are advised to inquire about the removal fee during the consultation.

 

11. Child and Guest Policy:

    - Due to the nature of the service, we request that clients do not bring children or additional guests.

 

12. Satisfaction Guarantee:

    - We stand behind the quality of our work. If clients are dissatisfied with the result within a specified timeframe, we offer a complimentary follow-up appointment for adjustments.

 

13. Maintenance Guidelines:

    - Clients will be provided with maintenance guidelines and aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity of their hair extensions.

 

14. Respectful Environment:

    - A respectful and professional environment is maintained during all appointments. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

 

15. Payment Policy:

    - Full payment for the hair extension service is due at the end of the appointment. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, cash or Zelle transfers.

 

16. Consent Form and Documentation:

    - Clients are required to sign a consent form before the service.

    - Clients must grant permission to take a photograph of the credit card used for payment, ensuring secure record-keeping and transparency in financial transactions.

   - Consultation appointments can be scheduled through our website.

 

2. Duration:

   - Each consultation appointment is allocated a specific time slot to ensure a thorough discussion.

   - Typically, consultations last between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the complexity of the client's needs.

 

3. Consultation Fee:

   - we require $50 consultation fee, which will be credited towards the total cost of the hair extension service if booked within a specified timeframe.

 

4. Preparation:

   - Clients are encouraged to come prepared with images or ideas of the desired hair extension style.

   - It is advisable to arrive with clean, dry hair for a more accurate assessment.

 

5. Expert Input:

   - Our experienced stylists will provide professional advice on suitable extension types, colors, and maintenance based on individual hair types and preferences.

 

6. Booking Extension Services:

   - Following the consultation, clients can choose to book the hair extension service.

   - A $250 deposit to be required to secure the appointment for the actual extension application.

 

7. Cancellation Policy:

   - Consultation appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.

   - Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.

 

8. Follow-up:

   - Our team may follow up with clients after the consultation to address any additional questions or concerns.

   - Any information shared during the consultation, including personal preferences and concerns, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Hair Extensions Classes Policies:

 

1. Enrollment:

   - Enrollment in our hair extensions classes is open to individuals looking to expand their hair styling skills.

   - Classes have limited availability.

 

2. Class Structure:

   - Classes are structured over 2 intensive days to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

   - Limited class size (2-8 students) ensures individual attention from our skilled instructors.

 

3. Curriculum:

   - The curriculum covers essential skills such as creating extension capsules, proper hair separation, precise distribution, and gentle removal techniques.

 

4. Certificate, Tools and Contacts:

   - Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate and contacts of our verified vendors 

   - A premium box of tools is provided, allowing to offer ice extensions to clients immediately after completing the course. 

 

5.  High-Quality Hair Supplier:

   - We supply high-quality human hair for practice during the class.

 

6. Course Price:

   - The cost for the 2-day Ice Extension group Class is $2800, and for the 2-day one-to-one class is $3600.

 

7. Reservation and Payment:

   - To secure a spot, full prepayment is required before the class.

   - Changes or cancellations are accepted up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the class.

 

8. Flexible Payment Options:

   - Flexible payment plans are available to make the classes more accessible, with options for partial payments prior the start of the classes.

 

9. Attendance:

   - Full attendance is crucial for a comprehensive learning experience.

   - Late arrivals may disrupt the flow of the class, so punctuality is appreciated.

 

10. Code of Conduct:

    - Respectful and professional behavior is expected from all participants.

    - Engage actively in the learning process and maintain a positive atmosphere.

 

11. Cancellation Policy:

    - Participants can make changes or cancel enrollment up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the class for a refund.

    - No refunds are provided for cancellations within the 2-week period.

 

12. Instructor Interaction:

    - Participants are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification from instructors.

    - Instructors will provide guidance and support throughout the learning process.
